Couple Photoshooting at Sofitel Moorea

I had the absolute pleasure of capturing this couple photoshooting at sofitel Moorea. Their chemistry was undeniable, and photographing them felt like being part of a fairytale at the stunning Sofitel Moorea.

With a beautiful overwater bungalows as their backdrop, they embraced, laughed, and strolled along the crystal-clear lagoon. The midday light bounced off the water, casting a soft glow that perfectly highlighted their joy. Their excitement to be in such a paradise was infectious—every glance and smile was full of wonder.

We started by the water’s edge, where they kicked off their shoes, feeling the warm sand under their feet. Then, we moved onto the boardwalk leading to the bungalow, with them pausing for tender kisses as the ocean sparkled around them. They couldn’t stop smiling, wrapped up in each other and in the magic of the moment. I encouraged them to relax and just enjoy their time together, and that’s when the magic truly happened.

We ended the shoot with some playful shots by the lagoon, with them splashing each other and laughing like kids. The midday sun brought out the vibrant turquoise of the water, creating a dreamlike setting that felt as if it were straight out of a movie. Watching them gaze at each other and into the horizon, I could see the beginnings of a lifetime of shared memories.

Meanwhile, Sam was above us with the drone, capturing breathtaking aerial views as the couple walked along the shoreline and embraced under the sun. The drone shots were pure magic, giving a sense of the vast, stunning landscape around us—the couple surrounded by endless blue skies.

As a moorea photographer, this session was more than just photos—it was about capturing their unique love story in paradise. It was an honor to freeze these moments in time, and I have no doubt they’ll look back on them with fondness for years to come.
