The morning was quiet and still as we arrived at the Sofitel for a beautiful sunrise Photoshooting in Moorea. That day, we ve been blessed with a stunning sunrise—a rare gift, as the island’s weather can be unpredictable. On some days, the horizon is hidden behind clouds, or a sudden shower dampens the light. But today, everything is perfect.

The sky begins to lighten, a soft gradient of pink, orange, and gold spreading across the horizon. The first rays of the sun peek over the mountains in the distance, casting a warm, golden hue across the beach. The palm trees stand tall and silhouetted against the glowing sky, their reflections shimmering in the calm, glassy water.

The couple I’m photographing was standing on the beach, their figures softly illuminated by the rising sun. The woman’s dress flows in the gentle morning breeze, and the man’s hand rests lightly on her waist. Their expressions are serene, almost reverent, as they take in the beauty of the moment.

I guide them closer to the water’s edge, where the light is softest, and the sand is untouched. As they walk hand in hand along the shore, I capture each step, each glance they share. The sun climbs higher, casting longer shadows and deepening the colors around us. The soft pinks and oranges of dawn gradually give way to the bright blues of the day.
